Author-driven barware is a movement born in 2000s New York with Cocktail Kingdom, fuelled by Japanese precision forges. We only list the brands that 50 Best Bars bartenders order directly: Cocktail Kingdom, Yukiwa, Birdy, Urban Bar, Barfly/Mercer, Rösle.
