Public schedule · 15% floor

One commission. Four tiers.
No surprises.

The more you sell on BarMaker.ch, the less you pay. Commission slides down to 15% — absolute floor, computed automatically on your rolling 12-month gross revenue (excl. VAT).

Tier 1 · Start
25%

0 ≤ CHF < 10 000

New manufacturers on the platform. Covers buyer-acquisition costs.

Tier 2 · Growth

Tier 3 · Established
17%

50 000 ≤ CHF < 200 000

Confirmed manufacturers generating steady volume.

Tier 4 · Minimum rate
15%

≥ 200,000 CHF

The rate will never go below this. Contractual guarantee.

Real example. Purely illustrative example applying the tiers marginally, not a billing forecast: A manufacturer selling 250,000 CHF over 12 months on BarMaker.ch pays a weighted average commission of about 17.4% — i.e. ~43,500 CHF in commission, keeping ~206,500 CHF paid directly via Stripe Connect. From 200,000 CHF every additional order is billed at 15% — guaranteed floor.

Frequently asked

Everything we get asked.

On what amount is the commission computed?
On gross revenue excl. VAT collected via BarMaker.ch over the past 12 rolling months. Each new order recomputes the applicable tier automatically.
What happens if I move from one tier to another mid-year?
It's instant. As soon as your rolling revenue crosses a threshold, the next order is collected at the new rate. No manual action needed.
Can the rate go back up?
Yes. If your rolling 12-month revenue falls below a threshold, the corresponding tier applies and your rate may increase. The minimum possible rate is 15%.
Are there hidden fees?
No. No signup fee, no subscription, no listing fee. The sliding commission is our only revenue source. Stripe applies its standard card-processing fees directly (~1.5% in Europe).
Why 25% at the start?
Because acquiring a premium hospitality buyer is expensive. The more you sell on the platform, the more that cost amortises — hence the slide down to 15%.
